The Woven Fellowship
For Emerging Writers
We know that storytelling, and story-seeking, can change your life. But we also believe that seeking stories together changes the lives of everyone in our community. The Woven Fellowship seeks out the voices that will make our creative community more rich, surprising, or delightful. Your story matters, and we want to hear it.
Each year, one emerging storyteller is selected to receive a fully funded residential spot at Woven: A Story Retreat 2026 in Ireland. The fellowship includes tuition, lodging, and mentorship alongside a circle of artists and writers from around the world.
It’s designed for those who feel the call to write but have been waiting for permission — or the right opportunity.
The 5-night, 6-day retreat will be held October, 2026. The location and dates will be announced in late November, 2025
